Description: The multiangle data processing technique is considered based on using the signal measured in zenith (or close to zenith) as a core source for extracting the information about the vertical atmospheric aerosol loading. The multiangle signals are used as the auxiliary data to extract the vertical transmittance profile from the zenith signal. Simulated and experimental data are presented that illustrate the advantages of this data processing technique.
