Publication Series: General Technical Report (GTR)
Description: Four air-heated solar collectors were built using four different configurations of aluminum beverage cans. The collectors were then tested for four consecutive seasons for their daily efficiencies. One of the collectors was also evaluated for one season for the effect of air velocity on efficiency, temperature rise, and power consumption of the collector.
Keywords: efficiency, configuration, reflector, insulation, temperature rise, power consumption
