Title: Shrub Nesting of the Red-Eyed Vireo in Relation to Structure of Aspen Forests

Description: Nests were built in five species of high shrubs in four trembling aspen forests of northern Minnesoa. Nest densities ranged between 0.5 and 3.0 per acre and were positively related to the abundance3 of large (>1.2-cm diameter) shrub stems.
