Description: Average prices for roundwood, chipped residues, and saw-dust rose 4 percent from 1981 to 1982. Pulpwood price increases are due to inflation as real costs have remained stable. The price for softwood roundwood is $52.89 per cord; hardwood roundwood is $39.79 per cord.
