Publication Series: Resource Bulletin (RB)
Description: The Southern Forest Experiment Station in Starkville, MS, periodically inventories and evaluates forest resources in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Puerto Rico. Survey data were collected in 1983, 1984, and 1985 by the Forest Inventory and Analysis work unit of the Southern Forest Experiment Station as part of the fifth inventory of Louisiana’s forests. Considerably more information was gathered for this inventory than in previous data collections, making possible the publication of this specialized report summarizing information on agents that damage timber in Louisiana’s forests.
