Source: Tree Farmer, Sept/Oct 1999

Publication Series: Miscellaneous Publication

Description: There have been some major changes in the line-up and funding for federal incentive programs that provide technical and financial assistance to non-industrial private forest (NIPF) landowners since I last reported on this subject ("Sorting Through Cost-Share Assistance Programs," Nov./Dec. 1994 Tree Farmer).
