Description: Nearly 402 million cubic feet of industrial roundwood were harvested in Mississippi in 1966. This was the largest harvest in a decade. Nearly three-fifths was softwood-mainly pine. Altogether, 305 million cubic feet were processed by the State's forest industries. Some 123 million cubic feet were shipped to surrounding States, while 26 million cubic feet were brought into Mississippi.
